BALFOLK: Dancing on live music

Balfolk is European dance, music and above all a lot of fun! During our ‘bals’ we always dance on live music, in couples or groups. At most of the events we have a short introduction lesson, so you can join in right away. Everyone is welcome to dance and make music.

    Corona COVID-19 virus

    In the Dutch version of this news article we informed visitors of events, but mainly organizers how to deal with the Corona virus. Depending on the region and the intensity of the virus there, organizers may decide to cancel events as a prevention measure. Events that do take place will take hygiene measures to prevent spreading of the virus in line with the WHO guidelines. Do you have questions around attending an event? Please contact the organizers.

    Events in online agenda

    Do you have resolutions for the new year to not miss out on Balfolk events? We might have something to help you with that. It is possible to see the events in your online agenda (for example: google, outlook, Apple kalender etc.) Choose the option ‘subscribe via URL’ and add the following URL: http://www.balfolk.nl/events.ics

    Not sure how to this? Just google it for the online agenda you use. For example: subscribe to agenda with URL in Outlook.

    Pay attention: It might take a while for the agenda to sync. When a new ball is added you won’t see it right away, but it might take up to a day.
